Before we refer any contractor, we check ’em out thoroughly to make sure they have:

• Licenses (if required)
• Insurance
• Five recent, verifiable references.

We also check with the Better Business Bureau and the state Consumer Affairs Department for any complaints.

The fact is, we’re probably a lot more thorough and demanding than you are. This is our business, after all. Our good name and reputation are on the line with every contractor we refer. We know that one bad apple or one unhappy client can damage years of goodwill we’ve worked so hard to establish.

We’re local, just like you. Home Project Partners isn’t a huge, out-of-state mega-corporation or “big box” store where you’re just one of thousands of customers. We’re right here in Buxton. • We’ll reply, usually within 24 hours, then recommend one or more contractors for your project.
• One or more contractors call you within 48 hours to schedule a meeting and prepare an estimate.
• Contractor(s) submit proposal.
• You select the contractor you want. (There is no obligation, of course.)
• Then sit back and relax!

If you decide to hire one of our network contractors, we make ourselves available to answer your questions and ensure that the project is completed to your complete satisfaction.
